A machine that makes it easy to perform the “foot-pressing” and “dough ball making” steps that are essential to the handmade noodle production process.

## Features

・Dough ball formation is reproduced by machine. Rolling the dough and pressing it into a ball shape makes it possible to produce firm balls of dough with multiple layers.
