I was in Houston from the 3rd to the 9th on a business trip to teach ramen-making to a client.
The quality of some of the ingredients is actually better than what we have in Japan!
So, I think we were able to make some delicious and authentic noodles and soups.
You should definitely pay them a visit when you’re in Houston!
