We conducted a Noodles Workshop in LA on March 17th and 18th.  
During the program, we made udon noodles, ramen noodles and gyoza skin.  
We also gave presentations on noodle- making, soups and *dashi* (stock).  
The next Noodles Workshop in LA will be held in July, so please contact us if you’re interested in attending!
