Sanuki Menki offers the Noodle School, where even complete beginners can learn the basics of making udon and ramen. Since opening in 1976, the school has graduated more than 50,000 students. You will gain a thorough understanding of what udon and ramen truly are, covering everything from noodles and broth to toppings and condiments.
