All noodle-making processes — from mixing, resting, and sheet forming to lamination, rolling, and cutting — are performed fully automatically. A wide range of water content levels is supported, enabling a rich variety of noodle types and recipes.
● Mixer:
・Choose from our lineup based on your desired production volume, quality, and texture.
●Resting Conveyor:
・Automatically rests the dough after mixing.
●Lamination Machine:
・Creates two rough noodle sheets and automatically laminates them together, giving the noodles their characteristic firmness and chewiness.
●Continuous Rolling & Cutting Machine:
・End-to-end rolling dramatically improves production speed. Speed adjustment allows control over the number of servings produced.
