In August we held Canada’s first Noodle Workshop in Toronto.
During the program we made ramen and udon noodles.
We also gave several presentations on noodle-making, udon and ramen.

The next noodle workshop in Toronto is scheduled to be held in March next year.
We will let you know when the exact date is decided!
