Three-day Udon Course at HQ

This week we held a three-day individual udon class at HQ.
The clients came from Spain this time, and they plan to produce and provide various types of noodles to shops in their local area.
We arranged the course program to focus on how to make udon and different types of noodles with the same machine, and also showed some Japanese noodle recipes for their reference.




Because they are thinking about supplying provide noodles instead of opening a shop, we also showed them the machines for producing larger volumes and how to operate them to fulfill orders.




The clients said that the popularity of Japanese noodles, including ramen, is rising in Spain, so people have started recognizing the noodle business as a profitable one.

Both ramen and udon have been booming not only in Japan, but also overseas in recent years, but .
they are not only the noodle types we have in Japan.
