This week we ran a three-day private udon and soba course at our HQ.
The client came all the way from California to take our course. He brought some flours from the US and we tested them to see whether they are good enough to make quality noodles. We made different types of soba and udon dishes, including yaki-udon (fried udon noodles).
We hope that he was satisfied with our course, and that the knowledge and techniques for making noodles we taught will be helpful for his future business.
